If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 60 days, return it for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

  • Return shipping is covered by Elevate & Enlighten—we’ll provide a prepaid return label upon request.
  • Normal wear and washing are acceptable, but items must be free of any alterations (e.g., no cut tags, modifications, etc.) to qualify for a full refund.
  • Returns must be in good condition, with no stains or damage.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Sustainability in Mind: Our packaging is designed to be reused, and we encourage you to return your item using the original delivery bag whenever possible.

What qualifies as abnormal wear and tear?

  • Stitching failures
  • Peeling or cracking print (not from improper washing)
  • Significant fabric breakdown outside of normal wear
  • Does not cover pilling, shrinkage due to improper washing, or accidental damage.
